By registering with med records you, those you specifically authorize (including accredited hospitals) can access your medical information, including:

- name(s) and contact information for your physicians
and other healthcare providers

insurance
- persons to contact in the event of
an emergency
- family medical history

There is an initial charge of $19.95 for each registration, which
allows members to update or change their information whenever they
choose, at no additional cost. There is an annual charge of $9.95 for
each record.
Since updates or changes may be made at any time at no additional
cost,
members are encouraged to periodically review their information for
accuracy.
