By registering with med records you, those you specifically authorize (including accredited hospitals) can access your medical information, including:

  • dates and types of illnesses, injuries, surgeries
  • medications, allergies, blood type, and special needs
  • name(s) and contact information for your physicians and other healthcare providers
  • information relating to healthcare insurance
  • persons to contact in the event of an emergency 
  • family medical history

med records offers:

  • password-protected, state-of-the-art-security
  • immediate access to your medical information- especially 
  • the ability to monitor multiple medications if you have chronic illness
  • the ability to designate others to access the information on a read-only basis, including family members, friend or other third parties
  • you and those you specifically designate the opportunity to organize and update your information at any time
  • accredited hospitals the ability to access your records in the event of an emergency or illness
  • the option to print out information registered with med records whenever you wish

There is an initial charge of $19.95 for each registration, which allows members to update or change their information whenever they choose, at no additional cost. There is an annual charge of $9.95 for each record. 


Since updates or changes may be made at any time at no additional cost, members are encouraged to periodically review their information for accuracy.
