How can I register my child's information?

Click here to register with kid records. Simply fill in the requested information. If you are unsure of details, call your pediatrician or other primary care physicians to obtain what is needed to complete the records.

Do I need to fill out all requested information at the time I register?

No, you may enter the information you have on hand and then re-visit the forms later. Updates or changes may be made at any time, at no additional charge.

Can kid records registration information be changed and updated?

Yes, at any time. Simply by going to the site and entering your password, you can add or change any information. Only you, or those you designate, such as your physicians, can make changes to the registered information. You should update the records after any illness, immunization or other change, at least once a year.

How will my child's school, caregiver or relatives know how to access the information?

You can provide anyone you choose with a read-only password, and show them how to go online to obtain the needed information.

How will a hospital know if my child's records are registered with kid records?

Any accredited hospital can access the database to search for your child's records when he or she is ill or injured.

What does it cost to register my child's medical information with kid records?

There is an initial charge of $19.95 for each child for registration, which allows members to update or change their child's information whenever they choose, at no additional cost. There is an annual charge of $9.95 for each child.
