By registering with kid records,
parents,
authorized caregivers and accredited hospitals can access your child's medical history, including:

and other healthcare providers

information relating to healthcare insurance

to contact in the event of an emergency

affordable, immediate access to your child's medical history - which is especially important if your child has allergies or other
special concerns

the ability to designate others to access the
information on a read-only basis - including a daycare center,
school, baby sitter, grandparent or friend

pediatrician, the opportunity to update your child's information at
any time

accredited hospitals the ability to obtain your

the option to print out information registered with kid
records whenever you wish

There is an initial charge of $19.95 for each child for
registration, which allows members to update or change their child's
information whenever they choose, at no additional cost. There is an
annual charge of $9.95 for each child.
Since updates or changes may be made at any time at no
additional cost, members are encouraged to periodically review their information for
accuracy.
